I have been representing the rights of injured parties following accidents or illness since 2013. My focus: I enforce civil law claims - damages and compensation - against liable parties and their insurers. I also deal with the enforcement of social insurance claims against compulsory accident insurance (e.g. Suva), disability insurance or daily sickness allowance insurance. I appear before all courts in German-speaking Switzerland.

In addition to my work as a lawyer, I also lecture on liability law at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland. I also regularly advise injured parties at the UP legal advice centre for accident victims and patients.

As President of Fragile Zurich, I support people with a brain injury - not only in legal matters, but also in their return to everyday life.
