I have been working in social and private insurance law since 2009 and enforce the rights of insured persons. I specialise in occupational benefits insurance and the interfaces with other areas of insurance, such as disability, accident, unemployment and daily allowance insurance. I focus on benefits in the event of disability or death, retirement, lump-sum withdrawals, vested benefits, overcompensation, coordination with other (social) insurance schemes as well as partial and total liquidations.
"My speciality is occupational pension provision"
Which pension fund is responsible for paying my disability pension? Why is the pension fund reducing my benefits? Is my financial future secure despite illness? In the area of occupational pension provision (2nd pillar), you are often confronted with complex, cross-insurance questions, the answers to which represent a major challenge for people who are not experts. I will be happy to use my many years of experience to assist you with all questions relating to occupational pension provision and private and social insurance law and will enforce your claims in court against insurance companies and pension funds in the event of a dispute. In addition to my work as a lawyer, I am also involved in the UP legal advice centre for accident victims and patients and as a member of the board of trustees of the ZAV pension foundation.
